here's how we'll do it
Loading Phase
~2 days~
This is a period of high-caloric eating to prepare you for the losing phase. Your brain will learn that you are coming from a place of abundance rather than deprivation. This process begins recalibrating your lifestyle habits so you can reduce your inflammation through the process of readjusting your nutrition.

Losing Phase
~6 weeks~
Beginning on Day 3, you will start the losing/release phase of the program, which involves an elimination protocol, intermittent fasting & the development of daily habits. If you need to release more weight/inflammation, you will be given instructions on how to cycle back through the Losing Phase.

Lifestyle Phase
~lifetime~
The next step is to transition to your new metabolic set point. This phase is important so you can transition to your new set point without stressing out your hormones and your body. Food reintroductions begin during the Lifestyle Phase & habits learned during the Reset create the sustainability of the program.

Can I continue taking my medication?
Yes please continue taking all necessary medication. Do not stop medication without your doctor's supervision. If you are on blood pressure or diabetes medication, you will want to let your doctor know that you are embarking on this program since dosage adjustments and/or discontinuation of medications will most likely be needed.

I have a vacation planned, what do I do?
If the vacation is close to when you anticipate beginning the Reset program, I would wait until you are back to begin. If you want to start your program and anticipate going on vacation during your journey, we can provide tips on how to honor the program and your health goals while you are away. Try to stay at a place that has a mini kitchen so you can prepare your own meals. If this is not possible, try to stick to the guidelines of the program as best as you can (protein, fruit veggies). Bring your scale!

Can I do the program on a plant based diet? How?
It can be modified for vegetarians and vegans to suit your needs. Certain dairy products are used because they contain adequate protein but are only recommended for vegetarians since protein options are more limited.

What happens once the lifestyle/maintenance phase is over?
If you want to release more pounds, you can begin round 2 after you are finished with the 4 weeks of lifestyle/maintenance. If you are not looking to do another round, the lifestyle program gently transitions you back into everyday life with refined and empowered knowledge on how to incorporate better health into each day.

Can my kids do this too? And how do I make this work for my whole family? For my life?
Yes this program can be modified for kids. This program works even better if the whole family is on board! The maintenance phase gives space for you to transition into everyday life.

Why is it such a restricted diet?
The program focuses on anti-inflammatory, low allergenic, low sugar, low starch, whole foods that nourish your body and activate the parasympathetic state so that you can heal more effectively. When these foods are removed for a short period of time (6 weeks) - you can determine which foods you do not tolerate well vs. foods that you do tolerate well.
